Power Juice, is a small local business committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment/delivery, we want to know.
We pride ourselves in our consistency and freshness of product. although we try to be perfect mistakes may happen.
Our return policy is simple, provide us with a picture of the shipment/delivery you received, if the shipment is damaged or you received the wrong order we simply ask for documentation in order to process. If this is in fact a Power Juice error, we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you. Please note, all requests will need to be submitted to customer service within 24 hours of the shipment being received.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests for shipment/delivery orders placed need to be submitted to customer service right away. A 24 hour notice is in place for all E Commerce shipments/deliveries to give ample time to communicate the change with our team. If the cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window, Customer Service may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund. [email protected]

Delivery: We ask that someone is available to receive orders upon delivery, as items are unpasteurized & perishable & need to be refrigerated. They're will be no refunds/replacements of orders due to unavailability after confirmed delivery time/location.
Privacy: Your privacy matters to us. That's why we do not share any of your personal information with third parties.
